This special care is expressed through the application of a strict HACCP protocol starting from the product’s withdrawal from the suppliers, passing through the transit phase in our warehouses, until the delivery to the final customer.
Our HACCP checks allow us to periodically control the cleaning of the warehouses, while the arriving and departing vehicles are submitted to daily controls.
Our company is equipped to manage the UVAC procedures for the importation of animal origin’s goods from all over the European Community countries and has also obtained the EC recognition as a cold store of packaged food for the warehouses of Trento and Verona .
The preservation of cold temperatures in our cells is guaranteed by cooling systems, which are constantly monitored through remote assistance carried out by specialized technicians in order to minimize the risks of non-cold. Even the loading and unloading areas of our platforms are equipped with 4 evaporators that guarantee compliance with the quality and organoleptic standards of the products.
In order to guarantee the freshness of the goods, the meat, the fruit and vegetable products are delivered to the customer in the morning after they got collected from the supplier.
